Step 1: Contact Us
Begin the process by reaching out to our company through the website form, email, or by phone. Tell us about your sculpture idea or provide your existing model.
Step 2: Design Consultation
Model Provided by Client: If you already have a model, please send it to us. Our team will evaluate the design for technical feasibility.
Design Development by Our Team: Should you require help in designing a model, our skilled designers will collaborate with you to develop a design that aligns with your vision.
Step 3: Quotation
Based on the provided or created model, we will present you with a detailed quote, including materials, labor time, and other factors.
Step 4: Agreement
After the quotation is accepted, we will sign a contract defining the scope of work, costs, and timeline.
Step 5: Welding
Once the 1:1 model is prepared, we clad it in stainless steel, and then proceed with the precision welding of individual elements.
Step 6: Grinding and Polishing
After welding is completed, each sculpture is carefully ground to remove any imperfections and then polished to achieve the desired finish.
Step 7: Quality Control
Before shipment, each sculpture undergoes a thorough quality check to ensure it meets our highest standards.
Step 8: Delivery
We will securely package your sculpture and arrange for transportation to your location. You will be provided with all the details to track your shipment.
Step 9: Installation and Acceptance
We also offer an on-site installation service for the sculpture. After installation, we ensure the sculpture meets your expectations and that you are completely satisfied with the final outcome.
